This mixture of your own platelets, and a small amount of your own serum, has proven to accelerate healing up to 50% in a number of clinical trials in several tissues. Our clinical experience at Prolotherapy Nashville strongly supports the use of this material to trigger healing in damaged ligaments and tendons. We have seen very nice results in people who did not respond promptly to the standard proliferant solutions, and we have seen accelerated results in many people who were responding to standard therapy.
